With over a decade of experience in both public and charter schools, Principal Bridgeforth has held diverse roles, including Assistant Principal, Chief Academic Officer, Literacy Specialist, Building Testing Coordinator, RTI Building Lead, Instructional Curriculum Coach, District Facilitator, K-5 Content Leader, Dance Lead Teacher, New Teacher & Leader Mentor, and Classroom Teacher. Her extensive background highlights her expertise in various facets of education and her ability to lead and inspire in multiple capacities.

Principal Bridgeforth’s data-driven decision-making and commitment to professional growth have led to significant improvements in student achievement and school culture. Her leadership has earned her recognition as a District’s High Flyer from New Teacher Coaching (NTC) Cohort and Memphis-Shelby County Schools.

She earned her Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Education with a focus on Mathematics from LeMoyne-Owen College and holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership PreK- 12 from Arkansas State University. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership and Administration at Arkansas State University.
